Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. dfbocoi will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you and you shall bear full responsibility for all such activity.
In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify dfbocoi support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. dfbocoi will investigate the matter and may temporarily freeze your Account pending resolution.
dfbocoi operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with the requirements of our international licensing framework and anti-money laundering obligations. You acknowledge that dfbocoi may require identity verification at any point, including at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected.

dfbocoi reserves the right to request additional documentation at its reasonable discretion. Refusal to provide required KYC documents will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and may result in Account termination.
dfbocoi accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Bank online transfer, and selected cryptocurrency networks including USDT (TRC20/ERC20), BTC, and ETH.
dfbocoi does not impose platform-level fees on standard MYR deposits made through local payment channels. However, transaction fees levied by payment service providers or banks are beyond dfbocoi's control and will be borne by the User where applicable.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimum deposit for most local payment methods is RM50. Cryptocurrency deposit minimums are determined by prevailing network standards and displayed at the time of deposit.
Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. dfbocoi reserves the right to return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from an Account that has completed KYC verification and has met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative same-name method will be used.
Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and payment method. VIP tier members enjoy elevated withdrawal limits — refer to the VIP Programme terms for specific figures.
dfbocoi reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Requests subject to enhanced review may take up to 5 business days to process. Users will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to such review.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of dfbocoi.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dfbocoi and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in bet settlement.
dfbocoi does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service provider failures are outside dfbocoi's direct control.
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted by law, dfbocoi's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where exclusion is prohibited by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dfbocoi holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with dfbocoi through our internal complaints process. To initiate a complaint, contact our customer support team in writing via email at [email protected]. dfbocoi aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days where practicable.
Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Where changes are material, dfbocoi will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users through Platform notifications, email communication, or prominent display on the website prior to the changes taking effect.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
